SABOTAGE SUSPECTED
EXPLOSION IN MEXICO (Rec. 1 p.m.) NEW YORK, May 31 A message from Tampico, Mexico, states that three mysterious explosions have gravely damaged a United States merchantman while taking on oil and also killed at least four and injured many members of the crew. The explosions apparently originated in the boiler room and near the bridge. The Mexican authorities immediately drew up heavy guards for the protection of the oilfields and refineries.
