A CORRECTION
Reporting a failure by the jury to agree in the Supreme Court action G. A. Naysmith and J. W. Welsh and R. T. Belk, a statement was made in the Star yesterday that the motor car in the case was owned by Welsh, the employer of Belk. This was not so; the car was owned by Belk.
