Charged before Mr. Justice Fair and a jury in the Supreme Court, with having committed an inde-; cent act in Symonds Street, and with, indecent exposure, Walter Thomas . Birch (Mr. Sullivan) was found guilty on the indecent act count. The prisoner was remanded for sentence.
