(P.A.) NEW PLYMOUTH, Thursday.
"I can't understand how the army accepted a man with your record, who could be a danger to other young fellows doing their duty to their country. They know now what you are, and I presume on your discharge from prison you will not be allowed to endanger the lives of other young fellows." This was the comment of ( Mr. Justice Northcroft in thej Supreme Court to-day, when sen-; tencing Thomas Harris to 12 months imprisonment -with hard labour for attempting to incite a young boy to commit an indecem assault on him.
