The Government meteorologist Issued to the Auckland Star this afternoon the following special weather foreea3t for the Auckland Province to as far south as Hamilton* Kawhia and Tauranga:— North-easterly winds prevailing and freshening from the north. Weather fine at first in the south, but becoming cloudy generally, with scattered drizzle later in the north. Temperatures cool, with frosts again inland.' Further outlook: Becoming unsettled.
