The British will never let them have arms, nor land, nor free immigration nor refuge, nor home. "They do not like the Jews. There are enough anti-Semites and CrvptoFascists still in Britain to back up the Hitler policy. There is no longer any hope from any British administration. The responsibilities of the world have lain on our shoulders long enough. It is your turn now. It is your rendezvous with destiny."
Lord Wedgwood, who is GO. was one of the four Labour members elevated to the peerage in December of last year. He was then Mr. Josiah Wedgwood, M.P. for Moddershall, Stone. He served in the last war, being appointed sub-lieutenant in trie Royal Naval Division in September, 1914. He was wounded and later promoted commander. He also served in the African war, and was for a time resident magistrate in the Transvaal# He * joined the Labour party in 1919.
