MUSEUM CANDIDATE
At a meeting of the Mount Eden Borough Council. Mr. G. W. Slane was elected a candidate for the Auckland War Memorial Museum. Mr. Slane, who is a teacher at Cornwall Park School, has always taken a keen interest in museum work, and has a small museum of his own.
