MILK SHAKE INCREASE (P.A.) WELLINGTON, Monday. The Price Tribunal states that its attention has been drawn to a Press report that the price of milk shakes in Auckland has been increased and adds that authority had not been granted for this increase, nor had application been made to the tribunal. The action of the traders concerned constituted an actionable breach of the regulations and it would be necessary for the vendors to revert to the earlier price pending an application in the prescribed form and decision thereon.
