Commission Gained

His commission as a sub-lieutenant, Fleet Air Arm, has been received by lan L. R. Wilson, second son of Mr. and Mrs. Warwick Wilson, 1 12, Remuera Road. Sub-Lieutenant Wilson, who was educated at King's College and Auckland University College, left New Zealand in May, 1941, and received his training in England and Canada. His eldest brother, Sergeant-Pilot Warwick Wilson, was reported missing on operations a month ago. He was a member of the New Zealand Bomber Squadron. Another brother, Sergeant Keith Wilson, ia in the Field Artillery in New Zealand.
