TAXI LICENSE
HINDU'S APPLICATION GRANTED BY AUTHORITY An application by a Hindu for the transfer to himself of a taxicab service license was granted by the Auckland Metropolitan Licensing Authority at its meeting this morning. At a previous sitting of the authority considerable opposition was shown to the granting, of the transfer and a large amount' of evidence was heard.
