SECRETARY EULOGISED
At the annual meeting of the Taranaki Electric Power Board the chairman in his annual report paid high tribute to the work of the board's secretary, Mr. J. R. Miller, his remarks being endorsed by all members. Mr. R. Masters stated that the board had shown excellent judgment in its choice of secretary, and members complimented Mr. Miller on the outstanding ability and efficiency he had evidenced in the discharge of his duties. Until June, 1941, Mr. Miller had been accountant for several years to the Waitemata Electric Power Board at Auckland. Before RoinfT to Eltham Mr. Miller was prominent in athletic circles in Auckland.
