27 SHIPS LAUNCHED

U.S. MARITIME PROGRAMME Rec. 2 p.m. RUGBY, May 22. It was stated by the Maritime Commission that the shipyards are now averaging two vessels daily, but the fact is stressed that the number must be doubled for the purpose of producing 2300 vessels during 1942-43.
