The question of providing entertainment for soldiers on leave at the week-end is one "which should have been tackled kng aso. It has probably been forced unon us by reports from Australia' that the Americans have dccl-.u-ed \hat. if entertainment is not provided they will provide their own. It may be that this has alarmed a section of the community. Pro\ ision for entertainment of soldiers is as much a function of the Government as is the providing of food and clothing.
