OBITUARY

MRS. G. M. DIIiLNER A well-known elocutionist, Mrs. Gertrude Mae Dillner, of Selwyn Road, Epsom, has died at the age of 46 years. Born in Wellington, Mrs. Dillner was educated at Wellington Girls' College, where she held the tennis championship for some time. She took a prominent JJfirt in amateur theatricals in Wellington, Whangarei and Auckland.

Mrs. Dillner taught about 150 pupils privately in dramatic art and speech training. For the last two years she was assistant producer for the Children's Theatre, and was an associate and licentiate of the London College of Music. She is survived by her husband and two sons.
