The Stevenson and Cook Engineering Company (DunedUi) was reconstructed last year end the total shareholding transferred to Fletcher Holdings. Net profit was £.17,477, against £11,58#. After payment of the final dividend, already announced, at the rate oi 6 per cent per annum (unchanged), and transferring £1000 to taxation account, there remains a balance to be carried forward of £14,300, against £12,316 brought in. Combined turnover was £2,200,000.
