U-BOAT BUILDING
DIFFICULTY WILL BE CREWS Rec. 10 a.m. LONDON, May 20. In reference to recent reports that Germany is building 18 submarines a month, it is authoritatively stated in London that although this is possible the difficulty will be to provide trained crews in sufficient numbers to man them.
