Business was fairly brisk on the Auckland Stock' Exchnrtgo this morning, lint the week's spurt of activity in (joveniment stocks appeared to have ended. Values of shares were generally steady at late levels. At the noon call turnover was reduced, and South Bri'ish were transferred at a drop of 3d.
