Themistocleg, the great Athenian, nsed to declare that his infant son ruled the world. When asked how that could be he replied: My infant eon rules his mother. His mother rules me. I rule the Athenians. The Athenians rule the Greeks. The Greeks rule Europe. And Europe rules the world.
