Owing to the heavy amount of type-setting involved, messages cannot be acceptsd later than Thursday. Those posting their "Cheerioo'' should be careful to attach full military address, ?o that each man may receive a post-paid copy of the "Eight o'C'lock.*' A fee of 2/0 is charged for' the actual message of 15 words, plus 9d for each I set of five additional words. 1
