FATAL EXPLOSION.
UNITED STATES ARSENAL. (Reed. 11.30 a.m.) NEW YORK, Sept. 23. A message from Dover, New Jersey, says two persons were killed and six injured by an explosion at the United States Army arsenal. The eight victims were engaged in removing -fusee from Great War shells.
