WHEAT FROM AUSTRALIA. Following ia the official report of the Auckland Grain, Seed and Produce Association. Prices are f.o.b. or f.0.r., Auckland:— • Wheat.—The shipment of wheat from Australia la now being discharged and ex .wharf order* fulfilled. The demand for wheat remains steady, with the price* unaltered; Ex store deliveries: 1/3 to 7/4 s> bushel. ••.. . .-• Bran and Pollard.—Pollard stock* held by merchant* are extremely light, and there are no offering* from Australia. . Australian bran is meeting with a steady demand. Good stocks are held by merchant* and the price is £» 10/ to £» 15/ a ton* • Oats an* Chaff.—The demand for chaff is-slow and ; offering* from the south very free. Price, £13 to' £12 15/ a ton. The oat market i* firm. Supplies in the .south are short and the price remain* at 5/8 to 8/X a bushel. :; ■~ t _ Malse.—This line is coming to hand In weekly shipments from Gisborne and 1* meeting with a steady demand at 7/5 to 7/e a bushel. ' Barley.—A shipment ,1* expected early when ex chip orders wIU be fulfilled. The price remain* unaltered from merchants' store jtpcki. Oncllpped, 4/10 to 4/11 a bushel; cljpped, 5/3 to 5/5 a bushel. Barleymeal is worth £11 to £11 15/ a Wheatmeal.—With the pollard stocks practically exhausted an improved demand is expected for wheatmeal. The price for minimum ton lots is £10 10/ a ton, less 1V« per cent; lesser quantities, £11 5/ to £11 10/ a ten.
