BURNHAM OUTBREAK.

ABOUT TWENTY CASES. MOBILISATION TO GO ON. CHRISTCHURCH, this day. An outbreak of mild German measles has been reported officially at Burnham mobilisation camp. A few cases have occurred among territorial units, but the majority of $he cases, which do not exceed 20, have been reported in the district school for non-commissioned officers. It ie not anticipated that infection will cause further suspension in the calling up of the Fourth Reinforcements of the Expeditionary Force, and it was stated to-day that mobilisation would proceed on October 2. It is not proposed to evacuate the patiente from camp so long as requirements can be met by the accommodation available at the camp hospital.—(Press Aesn.)
