As the safety number was exceeded by three when acceptances mjere received for , the Maiden Handicap at the Ohinemuri Jdekey Chub's spring meeting, provision for running the event in divisions has been made,, the allocations being as follows:— MAIDEN HANDICAP of £13t, six furlonn — First division: Radiant Vaals. Kingcraft. 8.5; Kaloola, Dorset, 8.1; Acute. Marie's Ch'olce. Miss Ridicule, Laughing Fox, Lady Pay, Acre's Beauty, Hine-iti. Bournemouth, Te Monoplane, Aetolia, Tea Blossom, 8.0. Second Division.—Royal Musk, Radiant Bay. 8.5; Durvach, Lady Thea, Royal Pilot. Auburn Lu, Miss Eureka, Bamboo, Flying Jay, Mia Reglna, Aberdovey, Nan Vaals, Forest Bridge, Empire Rose. 8.0. Brackets.—Royal Musk and Kingcraft; Marie's Choice and Royal Pilot; Tea Blossom and Empire Rose: Aetolia and Forest Bridge; Te Monoplane and Nan Vaals.
