ITALIAN SUBMARINE.
SPANISH TRAWLER SUNK. (Reed, noon.) LONDON, Sept. 22. An Italian submarine torpedoed the Spanish trawler Almirante Carranzo off north-west Spain, says a Gibraltar message. One survivor believed the submarine mistook the trawler for a British patrol vessel.
