OIL FUEL CONTROL.
a BREACHES OF REGULATIONS. TAUPO, Saturday. A garage proprietor, Stanley Guy Morton, of Turangi, was charged before Mr. J. Miller, S.M., with four breaches of the oil fuel regulations. Detective White, of Hamilton, who presecuted, said Morton had confused his records by musing unauthorised entries) to" be made in them. Morton, \vi. > pleaded not guilty, was fined a total of £li 4 Hi/8. He was also charged with operating two unlicensed taxis, for which he was fined £11. • Cyril Leslie-Dimock, of Turangi, was fined £5 and £2 4/0 costs for a breach of the oil fuel regulations. Henry Stafford, of Tokaanu, was fined £5 and 14/ costs for a eimilar offence.
