BANK OF ENGLAND.
DIVIDEND RATE UNCHANGED. LONDON, September 21. The directors of the Bank of England held a general court in the bank vaults. The governor, Mr. Montagu Norman, announced the usual halfyears dividend of 6 per cent. He stated thnt precautions had been taking to ensure that ills banks business would be carried on in all emergencies.
