Government blare forth over tlie radio that thete boys and men are the "'•""cam of the country and nothing is to.i good for them."* yet. when it comes to travelling, they have to pay full fare, and if they are 201 ng to Wellington from Auckland they cannot, travel bv express unless they pay full fare there. too. It the train is packed they have to stand, a- they are not allowed t<• book scats on their '"reduced" fare ticket. Really. 1 sometimes think I am livins in Germany when I hear of some of the things our boys have to put up with. The -oonor the Government get to work and give the bovs a fair deal the better. MOTHER OK A SOLDIER.
