Puzzling Out the "Nations'

9 Young competitors found the nation competition rather hard, and no one had an all-correct solution. However, a number had only one wrong, and most tripped up only on two. The twenty-four neatest are awarded prizes, while the remainder of the "ones" and the neatest of the "twos" will receive, certificates.
