Nazi Lorries Not Allowed To Enter Bessarabia. COLLECT GERMAN NATIONALS. {Reed. 2 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 19. It is reliably reported from Bucharest that 400 lorries intending to collect German nationals from Bessarabia were refused permission to enter Soviet territory. Russian officials declared that they themselves would bring the refugees to the frontier. The Rumanian police have ordered 12 British teachers to leave the country within e fortnight.

The diplomatic corps has been informed that General Antonescu, the Prime Minister, is taking the title of Conducator (leader).
