OLD PICTURE WIRE.
Old picture wire will serve a very useful purpose in your brush or broom cupboard and in the kitchen. If string is used to hang up brooms, brushes, kitchen utensils, etc., it twists and wears out very quickly. Use the picture wire as "a substitute. Being stiff, it catches on to hooks more easily and will wear indefinitely.
