(Rec. 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 18. . Silver quotations, compared with previous rates, are:—Standard, 23 7-16 d (23% d) an ounce; fine, 25 5-18 d (25% d). Quotations for tin. compared with those- previously, are:—Spot: Buyers, £245 (£243): sellers, £245 10/ (£244). Forward: Buyers, £249 (£246 15/); sellers, £249 10/ (£247 5/). WHOLESALE EGG PRICES. The Auckland Egg Marke.ting- Committee advises that there Is no change in wholesale egg prices. Standard hen and large duck are quoted at 1/6Va t a dozen, with the usuai differentials for other i sizes. !m PUBLIC TRUST ESTATES. 5 Estates of a value of £886.693 were reported and n accepted for administration by the Public Trustee during August. Grants of administration made by a the Court in favour of the Public Trustee numi, bered 189. During the month 726 new wills appointing the Public Trustee executor were prei pared on behalf of testators and lodged for safe , custody, and 472 existing wills were revised to provide for changes desired by testator*.
