HOSPITAL PLANS.
SOLDIERS' BUILDING. SPECIAL MEETING CALLED. At the request of the Director-General of Health, L»r. 11. H. Watt, the chairman of the Auckland Hospital Board, Mr. Allan J. bloody, called a special meeting of the Auckland Hospital Board for 4 p.m. to-day to discuss arrangements for the treatment and reception of soldiers when they return from overseas. Dr. Watt and a number of other repiesentatives of the Department of Health will attend the meeting. i Mr. Moody said earlier to-dav that the meeting would decide whether the proceedings should be in committee, but personally lie considered that it should be an open meeting. Mr. Moody added that the Minister of Health, the Hon. H. T. Armstrong was in Auckland, and intended to inspect the bird's institutions.
