ORDEAL IN TEL-AVIV.

MB. CHURCHILL'S SYMPATHY. British Official Wireless. (Reed. 2 p.m.) RUGBY, Sept. 16. Messages have been telegraphed to the Hi*:h Commissioner of Palestine from Mr. Churchill and Lord Lloyd, Colonial Secretary, expressing sympathy with the people of Tel-Aviv, who were recently bombed by the Italians. Mr. Churchill asked that the Mayor of TelAviv be informed of his deep sympathy in the losses sustained, and added: '"This act of sensele>~ brutality will only strengthen our united resolve."
