MINISTERIAL.

The Minister of Health, the Hon. H. T. Armstrong, arrived this morning. His business while in the city for the remainder of the week will be mainly with the institutions connected with the Health Department. He will visit the Auckland Hospital, and to-morrow morning will inspect the Mental Hospital. It is the Minister's first official visit since he took over the portfolio of Health. Mr. Armstrong intends visiting Hamilton and Te Awamutu before returning to Wellington. The Minister of Internal Affairs, the Hon. W. E. Parry, who left Wellington by the Limited express last night for Frankton, continued his journey to Rotorua by to-day's express. The Minister is to preside over a conference of fisheries officers of his Department at Rotorua, and will then leave for Auckland.
