RECOMMENDATION FOR DISCUSSION— That half of the profits derived from monthly subscriptions, after all expenses have been paid, be donated to the Sick and ( Wounded Fund monthly for the duration of the war, as from July 1. 1940. t That £1000 (one thousand pounds) be ' granted as a Loan to the Government, free J of interest, for war purposes for the duration of the war and six months thereafter, subject ] to the postal ballot being favourable in that direction. r Election of O.Seers.
