•>;.« ,V:.vVNs FARMER llf THE WAXXATO. pt? pf HAMILTON, this day. Mr. Joseph Alfred Wright, aged 57, a well known farmer of Kaitaki, collapsed and died at his home this morning. Mr. Wright managed one of his farms and had a eharemilker on an adjacent property. It is understood that after an incident which took place on the boundary of the two farms this morning, Mr. Wright returned to his home, about 200 yards away, and as he entered the washhouse collapsed and died. An inquest was opened before Mr. F. W. Platts, coroner, and after evidence of identification had been heard, it was adjourned, a post-mortem being ordered.
