VISITS PAID CAMPS.
HAMILTON", Wednesday. The Minister of National Service, the Hon. I\. Sfemple. inspected the temporary camp at the Claudclands showgrounds this morning and later visited the To Hapit -and Xjrarunwnhia camps. When he returned to Hamilton, Mr. Semplc said that there was no doubt that if Xgamawahia was to become a permanent ramp inproveinents were necessary. Xo decision as to the permanency or otherwi.ic of the camp had yet been made, but he was instructing the Public Works Department to prepare a report on the improvements necessary so as to have everything in readiness if it was decided to make it a permanent camp.
