EXPORT OF RUBBER.
QUOTA INCREASED TO 90 P.C. (Reed. It a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 11. The International Rubber Regulation Committee fixed the export quota at 00 per cent for the three months ending December. The extra supply will be 19,260 tons. The Increased quota caused surprise, and was reported to be due to pressure from the United states, which Is anxious to accumulate stocks ■gainst any possible shipping disorganisation.
