TE AWAMUTU LIGHT HORSE ASSOCIATION. The Te Awamutu Light Horse Association held Its first meeting on the Te Awamutu racecourse at Te Awamutu on Saturday. There was a good attendance. Mr. J. McGovern, Junior, and Miss K. Ranstead each rode two winners. Results :— MEMBERS' HURDLES, one mile and a quarter — Dombey, 11.12 (J. McGovern, Jun.), 1; Gold Ora 11.5, 2; Rodmhor, 11.0, 3. Ten started. PON* HANDICAP, three furlong*.—Jay Quillne 7.0 (B. Kay), 1; Flirt. 7.8, 2; Mickey RoW'. 7.0, 3. Eight started. DROVERS' HANDICAP, four furlongs.—Bill, 11 0 (P. Clark), I; Te Tami, 11.0, 2; Gay Maud. 110 3. Nine started. MEMBERS' STEEPLECHASE, about two miles — ¥.'? g ' S , K l av . e ' J- 1 - 12 ( °- SMenars), 1; Tommy Atkins, 12.3, 2; Tyrone Boy. 11.1, 3. Seven started LIGHT HORSE CUP, nine furlongs.—Talaha 11.0 (J. McGovern, .lun.), 1; Master Rex, 11 0 2 : Gold Survey. 11.2, 3. Nine started. Hornpipe won easily, but the stewards disqualified him as he was ineligible. LADIES' BRACELET (lady riders), five furlongs.—Gold pra. 9.1V2 (Miss K.
