METHODIST WOMEN.
The annual meeting of the Methodist Women's Guild Fellowship was held'in Pitt Street Schoolroom yesterday. About twenty guilds were represented ami received a warm welcome from the president. Mrs. Bennett. The annual report and balance-sheet presented by Mrs. D. Jones (secretary) showed steady progress. The constitution of the Fellowship was considered, but its final adoption was left to a later meeting. Mrs. Bennett paid a warm tribute to Mrs. K. Rosser and Mrs. G. Smith, who were retiring from the executive. (Greetings were received from the Christchureh Fellowship. The election of officers resulted as follows: —President, Mrs. Bennett; vicepresident, Mrs. J. Steele; secretary and treasurer, Mrs. D. Jones; guild "representatives, Mrs. Roget, Mrs. A. Peake and Mrs. H. Odell, and Mrs. W. A. Cooke (life member). The meeting then adjourned to the church, where the Rev. E. T. Olds presided over a Communion service. The address, given by Rev. H. Odell, urged members to stronger faith and deeper trust. The sacrament was served bv Revs. H. Harkness, L. C. Clements and A. Fetch.
