TAURANGA CLUB. (From Our Own Correspondent.) XAUKAXGA, Monday. In the final of the Tanran<ra Club'-s men's senior championship A. 0. Anderson will meet R. Kensliuw over 86 holes. Tho match should be closely contested, as boili players are nt the top of their form. Tin; results in the second round were: Renshaw beat Phelan, .sen.. Gaud 5; Anderson beat Rodcers, r, unci 4 ; GouUling beat R, P. Baigent, 5 and 4; Phelan. jun.. brat Roches, 2 and 3. In thc< st>mi-final Anderson boat Plielan. jr., 0 and 5, nnd Kenshaw bent Goulding, •"> and 2. The iinal of th« junior championship, played between A. Buxton and W. A. Paterson, resulted In a win for Buxton by 4 and 3. The best cards handprl in for the sixth round of the Cameron Cup were as follow : R. 11. Phelan, 2 down; H. P. Bryan, 4 down ; P. H. Kochp. 4 down ; A. Matheson, r> down. Koolie and Bryan will play off for second place.
TE KUITI CLUB.
TE KUITI, Monday. The eclectic competition played by the To Kuili Club was won by Stevens, with a curd of 4'j—lS—2B. Other good cards were: Talc, 38 —9—29; IJoyd, 43—10 — 33; Ferichs; 52—in—33 ; Dinsdale, 4S— 15—33: Gilbertson. 52—18—34. In the ladies' section Miss T, Dinsdale won with 50 —17 $ —32 1, Mrs. Howarth was runner-up with 45—15—33. The C grade contest was won by Mrs. W. Johnson, with 30 net. Mrs. P. Raine was runner-up with 32.
