STOWAWAYS ARRESTED.

MIXED WITH PASSENGERS,

DETECTED OX ARRIVAL,

Two stowaways who came across on the Ulimaroa from Sydney were arrested when the vessel berthed this morning, and were taken to the police station. Their presence on the ship was not detected on the trip. It is stated that they mingled with the passengers during the voyage, but were discovered when it was necessary to make declarations. They are to be prosecuted.
