TWO YEARS FOR THEFT.
YOUNG MAN SENTENCED. , FAILED TO TAKE A CHANCE. Two years' hard labour was the sentence passed on Cedric Horace Sanders, of Rawene, who appeared for sentence before Mr. Justice Smith in the Supreme Court this moraine on charges of the theft of money as a servant. "Prisoner," said his Honor, "you bnvt already had one chance, when Von we.e admitted to probation, but you'huvp m.t taken it and you have again laken money from your employers over a period of time. You will' be sentenced to two years' hard labour."
