CLEMENCEAU'S BIRTHDAY. (Australian and N.Z. Press Association.) PARIS, September 29. The famous French statesman M. Clemenceau celebrated his SBth birthday yesterday. He told a party of guests they must leave early as he could not afford to lose valuable time in preparing his book, which is to be published in October. '•'The Tiger" always rises at C a.m. and promptly resumes the writing of his manuscript in a bold, firm hand. From this his typist immediately makes copies.
