Dalgety and Company, Limited, report having held their usual fortnightly Sale at Morrinsville yards, on Friday, September 27, when a moderate yarding' of cattle came forward, which sold as follows:—Light fat cows, £7; light fat heifers, £7 2/6; store cows, Jersey, £4 10/; cows with calves at foot, £7 10/-; yearling Jersey heifers, £5 10/ to £6 9/; two-year empty Jersey cross heifers, £5 11/; emp'ty cows (poor quality) £3 16/; iblack faced mixed hoggets. 16/6; weaner J>igß, to £15/; 2ight porkers, to £2; store pigs, to £1 7/. A good yarding of cattle came forward, but bidding" was dull except for good quality ieifere. Jersey heifers (calved), £8, £9 10/ and £10; Jersey cross heifere (calved), £7, £8; Jersey (heifers (close ito profit), £10, £11. 10/, £12, £13 10/. and £13 15/: HolStein [heifers, £9 to £li; Jersey cross heifers, ;£B-10/ to £12 10/.
