FARMER'S SKULL FRACTURED
(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.), TE AWAMUTU, Sunday. W. H. Brough, a farmer, of Mangapiko, had his skull fractured through his horse falling on a bitumen roadway and throwing "him heavily. He was driving stock to the sale and when near Te Awamutu the cattle attempted to break away. It was while endeavouring to prevent them doing so that Mr. Brough's horse fell. Mr. Brough was taken to hospital, where his condition has slightly improved.
