BIGGEST IN GERMANY. (Australian and N.Z. Press Association.) (Received 12 noon.) BERLIN, September 26. The biggest bank fusion in Germany's history is that of the Deutsche Bank amalgamating with tha Discontogesellschaft with a capital of £14,000,000 and reserves of £8,000,000.
