FELL IN BOILING WATER.

MECHANIC BADLY SCALDED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Thursday. Shortly after noon to-day Mr. A. Lepper, a mechanic employed by McMahon Motors, Ltd., fell into a barrel of boiling water containing caustic soda. The unfortunate man was rushed to the hospital suffering from severe scalds all over his body. His condition to-night was reported to be very serious.
