CYCLING.
MANUKAU AMATEUR CLUB
The Manukau Amateur Cycling Club will hold a junior race of 5 J miles, and a senior race over four laps of the Mangere circuit— 22 miles —next Saturday afternoon. The senior race will commence at 2.15 p.m. in order that competitors may have an opportunity of witnessing the finish of the Hamilton to Auckland professional race. Mr. G. W. Farrelly, R. V. Stockwell, 7m. Cyril Keiglitley, veteran English actor, died at New York on August 14. He was 54 years of age. He had been ill but a short time, having been engaged for a part in "Scotland Yard," a play which was soon to be produced. He last played in "The Trial of Mary Dugan."
