AUCKLAND GUN CLUB.
The Auckland Gun Club held a series of matches at Pakuranga yesterday. A seven-bird match was divided by M. Delich (14yds) and D. Hyauiasou (14yds), with the possible. The chief match, for a silver rose bowl, presented by A. M. Bartley, Esq., resulted in a popular win for M. Delich (15yds). with the possible of 15 birds. C. E. Ilodgc (10yds) and A. Hanigan (16yds) divided second and third money with 14 each. The winner had previously tied for trophies, but this is the iirst he has won i in the Auckland Club. ! A ten-bird match was divided by C. E. ; Hodge (19yds) and D. Hyauiason (15yds),] with the possible. A double-rise match was divided by M. Delich (15yds) and R. H. | Bartlev (14yds), with nine out of possible! ten. The final seven-bird match was won ! outright by D. Stoupe (12yds), with the; possible. . ~ ■ , , The next shofjt will be held on October] 9, when Mr. E. P. Mitchelson's trophy j will be competed for.
